I love to learn and once I discovered health and wellness coaching, I was hooked. In what other field do you get to combine science, nutrition, psychology, coaching, mindfulness and meditation– all while improving your own life and helping others? Can’t think of another? I couldn’t either.
I received my training as a Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Integrative Health Coach Training Program and trained as a Transformational Nutrition Coach with celebrity nutritionist, Cynthia Pasquella at the Institute for Transformational Nutrition.
In addition to my nutritional trainings, I am proudly certified in the Transformational Coaching Method with Holistic MBA and am a Mastery level coach. This 5-step powerful method helps clients to step-back, let go of limiting beliefs, and thoughts, say yes to their desires, take empowered and consistent action with support and accountability.
I also trained with Dr. Sara Gottfried as a Hormone Cure Coach. I use the Gottfried protocols to help women change how they eat, sleep, think, move and supplement to best support hormonal harmony in their bodies.
I’ve studied over 150 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative transformational coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; Stacy Morgenstern & Carey Peterson, expert health coaches; Cynthia Pasquella, the Transformational Nutritionist; Dr. Sara Gottfried, author of the Hormone Cure, and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition and transformational health coaching. And I’m just getting started. Won’t you join me?
